Highway 53 - N 1⁄2 SW 1⁄4 NW 1⁄4, Part of N 1⁄2 SE 1⁄4 NW 1⁄4, North 345.7 feet of S 1⁄2 SE 1⁄4 NW 1⁄4 lying West of highway all in Section 18, Township 18 South, Range 23 West, Lafayette County, AR, 39.85 acres, more or less. The remaining acres are natural mixed pine hardwood stands located along Walker Creek.

The north 40 consists of recently thinned merchantable timber.
