Razorback Clean Harvest and SMZ Thin 101 Timbered Acres +/- This timber sale consists of approximately 64 +/- acres of mature pine plantation to be clean harvested. There is also approximately 37 +/- acres of hardwood SMZ that will be thinned. The buyer will conduct a clean harvest within the Clean Harvest Designated Sale Area. All merchantable timber within the Clean Harvest Designated Sale Area will be harvested. The SMZ will be thinned removing all Pine and Oak Sawlogs while following Arkansas Best Management Practices.
Razorback Location This tract is located southwest of Malvern AR, and described as part of NW ¼, part of NW ¼ SW ¼ Section 6, Township 5 South, Range 17 West, Hot Spring County, AR, 101 acres +/-. At Malvern go SW on Highway 67 3.8 miles; turn West on Ford Drive approximately .70 miles to County Road 32. Keep traveling West 2.0 miles to the transmission line located on the SE corner of the property.
