The timber to be sold consists of all merchantable timber located within the sale area. Timber is primarily planted pine with some areas of natural pine hardwood. DDK foresters conducted a timber inventory in September 2024 by placing 1/10th acre plots on a 4x5 chain grid across the property. All trees within the plots were measured and recorded.
